passage between Las Ramblas and Plaza
Real. Both street entrances are locked
every night from 8pm. to 8am. to assure
the safety of the residents. The building
itself is a modernist work of art, recently

equipped, and is very quiet considering
its location. There are two bedrooms
(one double and one twin) and two bathrooms.
Spacious living room is furnished with
a a large divan-style sofa-bed, ideal
for chilling out, and a dining table
for six people. There is an American
style kitchenette, and a small inner
patio-terrace. A pull-out bed is available.

apartment is
located just off Las Ramblas, close
to Plaza Real where all the most popular
night clubs are. There are many good
restaurants and bars in the area, shops
and boutiques, banks, etc. Barceloneta
beach is within 15 minutes walk.
The
apartment is a perfect base for sight-seeing
and night-life. Most tourist attractions
and major city sites are within a walking
distance, or at worst - 10 minutes by
public transport. Metro and bus stations
are near by, and it's easy to find a
taxi.
