DESCRIPTION

Las Ramblas and Plaza Real. Both street
entrances are locked every night from
8pm. to 8am. to assure the safety of
the residents. The building itself is
a modernist work of art, recently renovated,
and has a porter.

apartment is nicely furnished and fully
equipped. There are two bedrooms (one
double and one single) and one full
bathroom. Spacious living room is furnished
with a a large sofa-bed, and a dining
table for four people. There is an American
style kitchenette, fully equipped with
all the utensils needed for cooking.

apartment is
located just off Las Ramblas, close
to Plaza Real where all the most popular
night clubs are. There are many good
restaurants and bars in the area, shops
and boutiques, banks, etc. Barceloneta
beach is within 15 minutes walk.
The
apartment is a perfect base for sight-seeing
and night-life. Most tourist attractions
and major city sites are within a walking
distance, or at worst - 10 minutes by
public transport. Metro and bus stations
are near by, and it's easy to find a
taxi.
