DESCRIPTION
Comfortable
studio-loft (40m2) on the first floor of a
building without elevator. Although small,
the place has high ceilings that make it seem
more spacious. There
is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a bathroom
with a shower, and one large living area visually
separated into a dining corner, sitting area,
and a working space situated under the large
bunk bed. The sofa bed is large and can provide
additional sleeping space. Behind the bunk
bed there is a walk-in wardrobe with lots
of storage space.
The
only downside of the apartment is that its
oriented towards the interior of the building
and does not have a lot of natural light.

LOCATION
This
apartment is
located in El Born, close to the Palau de
la Musica Catalana (a wonder of modernist
achitecture). It is only 5 minutes walk from
the Cathedral, 7 minutes walk to plaza Catalunya
and Las Ramblas, so it's very convenient for
sightseeing. Barceloneta beach is within a
walking distance.
The
apartment is a perfect base for sight-seeing
and night-life. There
are many good restaurants and bars in the
area, shops and boutiques, banks, etc.
Most
tourist attractions and major city sites are
within a walking distance, or at worst - 10
minutes by public transport. Metro and bus
stations are near by, and it's easy to find
a taxi.
